GENERAL INFORMATION
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
Delivery times are stated in business days.
In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, DHL will attempt re-delivery. If DHL and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by DHL’s cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver’s country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
*All our Express International orders are shipped via DHL Express. Please note, NEDRAY is not responsible for any delays caused by DHL Express, especially during high volume seasons. However, these are the best delivery estimations available and are quite reliable and quick. Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times.
We do not currently ship orders to PO or APO boxes via international postage at this time.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for the shipping. Depending on a number of factors, standard orders and international orders may take up to 2 business days (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and Holidays) to process.
After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take 2 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn’t include weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from THENEDRAY.COM, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
SOLD OUT ITEMS
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are sold out: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the sold out item(s).
RETURN POLICY
You may return full priced items for a refund postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
- Sale items and swimwear cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached
- The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)
- The item is returned to us within 30 days from delivery date
- The item does not have any odour (including deodorant, perfume, body odour or washing powder)
- Earrings cannot be returned (for hygiene reasons)
- A receipt and proof of purchase is available
NEDRAY reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by NEDRAY.

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning any item/s.
All shipping costs are non- refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and on the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Customs Policy
Payment of any duty and import tax is the responsibility of the recipient which are collected at the time of delivery. these charges are not included in the total at checkout. they are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and beyond our control.
**If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund**
